So Stevie you know that reporters tape these interviews? Are you calling for the Times to release the tapes?
NYT reporter roll that big befuddled racist Congressmanâs interview tape!
Hey Steve, you know that reporters generally record this shit? Sounds like you just gave them permission to release the actual recording. Lol.
Itâs difficult to translate his âexplanationâ into coherent English, but I tried anyway.
My best effort:
His complaint sounded like âwhy is âwhite supremacistâ an offensive term now?â when taken out of context by the NYT.
His in-context complaint is that "white supremacists have sads, because people who call them âwhite supremacistsâ believe that âwhite supremacistâ is a negative, offensive label.
[502 is my least favorite number at the moment]
OK then Steve , what about the rest of the Racist screeds over the years on tape and the Congressional record
Those out of âcontextâ too?
ALL his words or just the LATEST hateful BS he spews? Honestly SteveâŚ
Typicial old white racist .
So brave until called out then Chicken shit!!!
Steve, take it from this very old white man, itâs OK with me if you wanna be a racist, because crackers just gotta be crackers, amiright? Just stay the fuck away from everybody I care about, and go crawl under a rock in the desert.
He means: âMy words were taken out of the context where they were automatically assumed to be trueâ.
âI was quoted accurately, but out of context, because people attached a meaning to my words that is unpopular.â
Do you mean âtrue,â or âaccurate?â
Always remember that the politicians are just a symptom. The disease is the members of their district who elect them and re-elect them despite knowing all this.
Looking at you, 4th District in IowaâŚ
Say egregious racist comment. Wait for outrage. Make several aggrieved comments about the âattacksâ.
Put out a fundraising letter based on those âattacks.â
Rinse and Repeat.
ETA - and yes, as was pointed out yesterday when I wrote something similar - this equally applies to the grifter in Chief.
He means they were taken out of their natural environment (the Daily Stormer) and placed in a context where they might sound, I dunno, kinda nazi.
âWhy do I have to explain myself?â King later wondered. âIowans knew what they were getting and they still voted for me because Iâm one of them.â
Given this is the first and only time Kingy has ever uttered a racist thought, Iâm willing to give him the benefit of the douche.
Sounds exactly right.
The Congressmen would argue that at the Wannsee Conference Heydrich took Hitlerâs rantings out of contextâŚ
It is almost as if King was using David Irving as a PR consultantâŚ
See? There you go⌠When did Nazi become a pejorative??? I believe King wants an answer on that.
