Russians celebrate the ceasefire announcement by bombing 17 civillians. Color me unhopeful. This ceasefire doesnât apply to Russiaâs âcampaign against Nusra and ISISâ which is really a campaign against the Syrian people.
No matter what Crump/Truz say about âbombing the crapâ out of _______, the real hard work is doing this. Otherwise, you get more Iraqs, which lead to more Iraqs, etcâŚ

The whole thing is a joke. 90% of the armed âoppositionâ to the Assad government are foreign mercenaries. Try to get your mind around that. How can foreigners be the 'opposition? Well be we oppose Assad, along with the Saudi and Qatar government along with associated Salafi Islamists from the Muslim world. Non of which has the slightest intention of glaceing hostilities.
Besides which there in no longer a Syria. 470,000 dead and at least half the country refugess, internal and external. Which is neither here nor there for the neocons running US foreign policy most of the time under Obama, and now Kerry.
