Discussion: Kellyanne Conway Is Our Duke Of The Week

Perfect, Kate!

I thought I had KAC figured out, as someone who, like a lot of these parasitic “spin meisters and mistresses,” exaggerates her job, conflating it with the legal profession.

Everyone deserves legal representation of their side in a court of law. Okay. But lawyers are not allow to hear a murderer confess guilt and then lie to the court that he’s innocent.

When it comes to the court of public opinion, KAC mistakenly believes people in politics — many of them lawyers — have a right to have someone argue their side, except in her profession, she and her ilk knowingly lie. Their effectiveness depends upon knowing the whole story, so they know what to spin away from.

So Sean can swear on a stack of inaugural bibles that Trump’s crowd was larger, walk away, and act perplexed when everybody doesn’t let bygones be bygones. It’s a right of the privileged to have someone, or a “news” network, lie for them.

Pretty good hypothesis, I thought. Until KAC attacked her own family. Now, I suspect she is “just Regina,” living off taxpayers.

An undeserved honor. Kellyanne hasn’t done anything this week that she hasn’t been doing since early 2016. I would have given the nod to Rand Paul for crowing about getting John Brennan’s security clearance pulled.

Voting Conway Duke of the Week?
It’s like voting Duke Cunningham Duke of the Week–an exercise in redundancy. We need her acknowledged as a regular Duke, a full-timer, just because of who she is.
There is a hungry scam artist/emerging bullshit master who’s been denied a moment in the spotlight–have a heart!

Well Kellyanne , perhaps it`s because Dumper is a DICKHEAD .

I sense that a new award may be needed to cover the crap people in this administration pull, plus in Congress because of this administration can now pull.
Or multiple Duke award winners be recognized by a new award.

If there were an appropriate award for KAC, poor David Duke wouldn’t qualify.

I’ll bet her tapes are fascinating in terms of clearly delineating her breathtaking duplicity. Can’t wait to hear them.

If she’s willing to slam her own husband anonymously, I don’t imagine she feels any loyalty to any of her colleagues. A veritable nest of vipers.

At least a Duke of the Week and a Duchess of the Week. And yes, before you ask, I just finished binge-watching Season 2 of the Crown. Perhaps we could also add Procurer of the Week and Honeytrapper of the Week. There’s enough glory to go around.

Needless to say, I had no idea what these meant:

the blonde-haired, pink-clad Regina George of the federal government

and:

She also name dropped “Ja’Ron,” referring to Ja’Ron Smith who, like Carson, does not work in the West Wing. Not fetch.

So I looked them up and …

For cleverly combining in one article two related locutions I’d never seen, @kate_riga is my English Teacher of the Week!

Marvelous. Well earned DOTW! Good choice.
Imaging thinking like her. Sick.

  1. Poor KACy really is losing it.
  2. Hubby has grounds for divorce ? Attacking Donald violates the marriage vows? Or, maybe the marriage bed?
Very strange woman indeed. The “Trump” effect?

Admit I had to reacquaint myself with Regina George and Mean Girls, but spot-on analogy, Kate.

One Duke missed just before the KAC “president obsession” comment was in the same interview- she was asked about vets thinking the parade money would be better spent on vets. Her reply, "veterans are “happy, mostly.” Told that some vets asked for more push from the White House, she said, “That’s their opinion, and it sounds like you share it, since you’re in the business of opinion, not news, most days.”

One thing she threw in our faces was what we and especially the media should NOT do. NEVER refer to the traitor in chief, just go after all the traitors and let the lawyers and courts name them. Lawlessnes is the problem Principles before personalities!

Repeating these filthy names over and over just keeps their foul acts dominating the news. Root the crimes out and then lock them up, or if the punishment called for is worse, do those things.

Kellyanne is, quite simply, the most efficient liar I have ever seen. Others are louder, bolder, tell bigger whoppers (like Donald), but nobody can pack more straight-faced mendacity into one sentence than Kellyanne. She even manages to lie when she is telling the truth by what words she emphasizes. That is born-in talent, folks - you can’t learn that shit.

I have said it several times, but for those who haven’t heard it before (this is from Lewis Black) - "Conway looks like the person you would hire to eliminate your daughter’s cheerleading rival".

I call her the “pretend catholic” does not follow Jesus Christ which after all is the basis of the Catholic church. if she pretends about that don’t believe a word she says about anything. she is a well trained lawyer. but “advises” the biggest liar and con artist in presidential history Trump cares nothing for the law and the Constitution. she should be disbarred!!!

At a minimum, she deserves a lifetime fiasco award, or going off on a slightly different track, a lifetime deplorable award. In fact, I’m having trouble naming the award. I thought of lifetime douche, but that seemed too easy.

Whatever the title, she is beyond despicable and dishonest. She believes In alternative facts. In Trump. In Trump’s tweets. In her husband’s behavior = acts of a traitor (unlike Trump’s.). Talk about drinking the Kool Aid.

I understand the basis for a “Duke” award, however, she doesn’t rate a “golden duke”. Kellyanne Conway rates below an unpolished dook (as in “dookie”). It is readily apparent that this is what the entire current administration actually is. They didn’t drain the swamp…they filled it with dookie.

True, but it seems as though now, more than before, her glib facade is cracking. I’m surprised she’s lasted this long until I remember she doesn’t have anything resembling a conscience to bother her. It’s pretty satisfying to see, though.
