Well if someone went to jail, then there might be a police report that will back up that the event happened, though it might not contain Kavanaugh’s name in it.
Sure does seem like a lot of people saying Kavanaugh lied under oath about his drinking habits.
Those guys had no idea they were looking at a future SC justice.
Not surprising after Kavanaugh went all Full Monty with his lies before the committee hearings.
eta - meaning - it’s the risk taken - that folks who know better, will tell.
GET OUT THE HOOK! Totally disqualifying!
Your article has reached the FBI messaging service. If you have information regarding the Kavanaugh investigation please press “W” for “We don’t care”. For Trump-approved™ information, your name will have already been provided to us among the three or four that we are allowed to interview, in which case we’re already talking to you so there’s no need to call us. We hope you have enjoyed this interaction with the FBI.
Gee…if only there was a process where someone could investigate all these instances fairly and without constraint. Uh…lemme guess, all Yalies are not to be interviewed and this guy would be one of them.

We’ve got smart Jewish ladies, and a wise Latina on the Court. Isn’t it time entitled white, privileged, rageaholic Douchebros got representaton on the Court, too?
There is a guy in my town who is running for council. He has 6 criminal cases, and numerous domestic violence cases and was served with 2 very recent restraining orders. He thinks this is none of anyone’s business except for his family. What it is it about these people who are in such denial about their behaviors? Ok, maybe part of it is that we have a president who is seriously flawed in the deportment area, but do people really think that none of this matters? Or are they simply blinded by tribalism?
Bingo
It’s one thing for women to bring up his lack of impulse control. The Rethugs not only don’t believe women but they just don’t see them. At all. For Kav’s fellow male classmates to attest to his out of control behavior is a real indication the guy is not SC material.
Absolutely the case. Although maybe if Kavanaugh had ralphed on the table while yelling at the senators…
Kavanaugh’s mother was a judge…she had to pull strings on at least 4 separate incidences to get her alcoholic son released without police filing charges! Including at least one DUI!
Kavanaugh is still a drunk…the clerks know. Kavanaugh is an alcoholic and still drinking to excess and NOT just beers!
Look at his nose and cheeks…ruptured corpuscles are a visible sign and symptom of an alcoholic. To have those signs at such a young age means Kavanaugh has a very serious drug problem…alcohol! (not beer…hard alcohol).
Kavanaugh has assaulted several women…he can’t remember because he was so drunk! He is a really bad drunk…we all know the type!
Kavanaugh should NOT be a judge in any court…let alone the SCOTUS!
“but by throwing his beer in the man’s face . . .”
Kavanaugh reminisces, “Now, THAT, was a waste of good beer!”
If Kavanaugh is belligerent and aggressive when drunk, doesn’t that strongly suggest that he was drunk when he made that absurd speech before the Senate committee? That would also explain his announced love of beer that he repeated so often during that hearing. All attempts at humor aside, this is not a Supreme Court justice, nor should he even be a federal judge.
“Squi, go get me another one!!”
I wonder how the dweeb managed to get out of Yale with all his teeth. He’s really a lightweight. Looks like he has 14 inch shoulders and a huge head. I’d think an “aggressive drunk” of that physical stature would have suffered regular ass beatings.
Ludington said in a statement. “On one of the last occasions I purposely socialized with Brett, I witnessed him respond to a semi-hostile remark, not by defusing the situation, but by throwing his beer in the man’s face and starting a fight that ended with one of our mutual friends in jail.”

So I wonder how many of his “friends” from HS or college is he still friends with? I know that I stopped going out drink with certain people in college because of their behavior, and found others that didn’t bring the drama each and every damn time we went out.
Also, and I can’t believe anyone has to point this out, this isn’t an investigation into his drinking habits out of the blue for no reason. It’s based on allegations from someone that he became violent while stumbling drunk and assaulted her. So others corroborating that he regularly, or even sometimes, became extremely drunk and belligerent tend to give her accusation credence.
I keep seeing debates on Twitter about whether his drinking should be an issue and it’s all about whether “temperament” matters and well sure, but this is about something else too.
