I’m using “Kavanaugh” as verb. If someone gives me too much lip in an argumentative, misogynistic bullshitty way, I say that they are “Kavenaughing” me.

(& @carolson) I assume he and Gorsuch, and probably Alito, will go with the party: all will depend on how big an albatross Trump is for the GOP by the time any cases involving him reach the Court.
He was to start somewhere, and if it’s something he’s going to have a hard time screwing up, all the better.

Doesn’t matter.
Kavanaugh is a sexual predator and completely unsuited to be on the Supreme Court.
He greatly diminishes the Court and really should resign.
He is a disgrace.

I think it’s about settling some of the details on how binding arbitration agreements are.

I think that’s how the Supremes generally break in a newbie, let them write the easy decisions for awhile before letting them loose on the tougher ones. If they never really make the grade, the chief keeps them on the easy ones (see: Thomas, C.)
