Like Rick Gates, Brett Kavanaugh should be questioned about his past affairs, holiday gifts for his mistresses and all of his extra-curricular activities.
So I read this article this weekend and Iām trying to figure out how this doctor only got 10 years probation. The reason Iām concerned about this is that we need a discussion of what is consent.
Well, thatās only the way the extreme right-wing religious zealots can get a hard on, donāt yaā know.
His answer will be āI do not recall being untruthful and my earlier confirmation hearing.ā
Of course he did. As Ken Starrās BestBoy he correctly figured out that the sex was what offended the Leaders of the Putsch, and so he did his job as an immoral apparatchik. Now he has second thoughts and regrets. Tough. When he had a chance to do the right thing, he chose ambition. He would do the same thing as a SC Justice.
Oh, yes. He needs slowly, methodically, painfully, under oath, live, on national television, to be asked what his personal ideas are about the man who nominated him being one who has
bragged about sexually assaulting women because āhe canā,
routinely engaged in casual unprotected sex with numerous partners during a period of time when the nation was coming to grips with devastating consequences of such behavior,
and many other relevant topics that may arise before the court during his tenure.
Have him explain in great detail the actual sex acts that gay persons might engage in that elicit his disgust with them. Donāt leave out any details regarding what sexual acts he engaged in with women other than his wives during marriage to each of them. He needs to be very clear on each of these, so we know he understands fully what heās being asked.
While theyāre at it, I hope theyāll ask him how he feels about persons abusing the power of the state to hurt those who disagree with them. He needs to tell us how he really, really feels about these very important topics before we can know heās just the right person to make the lofty decisions heāll be confronted with.

I completely agree about dragging him through the details of this memo on national television. He should be required to read the questions in the memo out loud. Cable news would play the clips for weeks.
These questions are ridiculously lewd and aimed to humiliate a sitting president.

I agree. I also have to wonder about the Harris County Prosecutorās office. How could they not make the case of a woman, in the hospital, under sedation, able to give consent?
I wonder if the more TV friendly version would be to have him explain what consent is?

Oh yeah, you just know the ones that offer the most twisted pretzel-logic, polemics and diatribes against sex, drugs & rock and roll have the most to hide.
Itās usually the most ultra-conservative and ultra-sanctimonious asshole thatās done the creepiest, depraved shit around. It strikes me that people like Kavanaugh go to any lengths to hide their own dirty deeds by pointing fingers at others that could even slightly hint at his own misdeeds and predatory behaviors.
Happens every time. Its too bad we canāt always find out the details until its too late howeverā¦but eventually, it usually becomes public.
The amount of documentation the Republicans are trying to already hide and shield him from regarding his background and the opinionās heās given over the years, is a clue as to how fucked up he is in real life. Heās definitely not in the mainstream of American jurisprudence from what I can tell.
And, let us not forget. I had an elementary school aged child. I got to see the GOP, self proclaimed Party of Family Values, ensure that my elementary school aged child got to have a steady diet of lurid oral sex and ejaculation stained clothing news on television.
