Good at lying, bad at jokes.

Yeah by the weekend there will be so much more shit he’ll resign, or at least should. This is a guilty motherfucker.

We had been led to believe he was an original thinker…

Grassley, Ever hear of a subpoena?.

ā€œI don’t remember. But if I did remember, it never happened.ā€

Of course it happened, just as Basey-Ford said it did. No way should she appear before the committee under these circumstances.

He was as drunk as she said he was and that’s why he doesn’t remember. Probably only good thing about that, was that it is what caused him to knock Brett off of her allowing her to escape.

This statement about a Jesuit-run institution reminds me of another culture of abuse.

One that also assaulted those unable to defend themselves.

Thriving at the exact same time Kavanaugh enjoyed its privileges.

While a code of silence (that so many who were aware of the problem maintained) covered it all up.

And the higher-ups turned a blind eye – and attacked the victims.

Since his Associate Justice nomination is crashing and burning, Kavanaugh should instead go for Supreme Court Jester.

OT – Its getting harder and harder to find good news anywhere these days but here’s a small nugget:

https://electionlawblog.org/?p=101205

Crossroads GPS and outfits like it have to disclose their donors, as the Supreme Court, by a unanimous decision, turned down emergency relief for Crossroads, from a lower court that decided they had to come clean. Now we can know who is paying for all those shitty and intensely partisan ads that often lie to the public without ever having to be held accountable. CREW helped fight this battle for transparency in our elections against those big money interests.

So, there’s that. At least that’s one for the good guys.

But we’ve seen his delivery and it’s awful. He’s seems more suited to be the King’s Court Spy and Weasel.

The excerpt you posted missed a key element: the full Supreme Court on Tuesday reversed a decision by Chief Justice John G. Roberts that had stopped a lower court ruling requiring the disclosures. Mr. Balls & Strikes got undercut by every other Justice, unanimously.

What happened at Prep did not stay at Prep.
A piece of crap was slimmed out to kiss Trump’s ass and try for the Supreme Court.

I wonder which Dean that is. The Dean of Residence Life is the only graduate of the school.

OT- I wouldn’t pay $60K a pop for my kids to go to this upholstered cesspool, not even the $37K for Day School.

If they want their shit kept secret then don’t bring it out to a party.

I’m thinking the admin of Georgetown Prep is wishing they could not stay there right about now. Any word from the school on their illustrious graduate?

I can’t help think that Roberts is wanting this nomination to go away. As damaging as this confirmation process (so far) has been to the Court, having articles of impeachment drawn up against Kavanaugh (perjury, attempted rape, and probably some financial shenanigans) will do much more to the institution.

That said, I think after all is said and done, Collins & Murkowski will vote to confirm and we will have a second Supreme Court Justice with a history of sexual abuse on the bench…

It would seem that Mr. Kavanaugh spoke a bit too soon.

Imagine what a privileged little shit this guy is. I would love to spit in his face.

I’d say Supreme Court janitor would be more realistic…
