Kavanaugh is so afraid of an FBI investigation and Graham is waiting until he becomes Attorney General to make sure it doesn’t ever happen.
Looks like Kavanaugh has been working on his version of the phrase “high tech lynching”.
He’s made his case: he’s unfit for the SCOTUS.
I suspect Susan Collins, Lisa Murkowski,Jeff Flake, and perhaps Bob Corker will need more facts than DENY, DENT, DENY, DENY to vote for Brett on SCOTUS!!!

He has shown that he is upset at Democrats for bringing this up, but he still refuses to give straight answers. If he really wanted his name cleared, he would ask for further investigation, but he knows what’s out there and he’s scared.
Just based on his opening remarks, I don’t see him being impartial or fair, ever.
At this point, what he’s probably doing is trying to save himself from Trump pulling the plug.
He’s acting as he thinks Trump would like him to.
Except that he apologized to Amy K., and that’s a BIG no-no.
