Committing to jail time instead?
How is that this mother fucker has a job in our judicial system?
Like me olā ma used to say
You want something to cry about, Iāll give you something to cry about.
Privileged SOB thought he could sail through on that āprivilegeā
Could have remained a broke in debt Federal judge , but your ego has put you in a world of hurt
You get every consequence you deserve
Senator Harris received a handwritten, anonymous, letter from a woman who claims, in fairly explicit detail, that Kavanaugh and another boy raped her in the back seat of a car. Kavanaugh was asked about the letter by Judiciary staffers and, of course, denied it. A transcript of the interview is on the Judiciary Committeeās website. The interview was done last Wednesday evening. The relevant portion starts on page 13.
Hereās hoping that, if true, the woman can find the courage to come forward.
Aw, poor little Kaveman-augh⦠Is this what being āwished into the cornfieldā feels likeā¦?
Maybe he thinks heāll be too busy working on the SCOTUS? Or maybe in jail? Or looking for work at the local Mcdonalds.
Or maybe he just knows he wasnāt wanted there, and is āgetting out ahead of itā like he did with the Ramirez allegationsā¦
Whatever it is, boo hooā¦
Well, at least there he will have a big client base.
As all the shit floats to the surface , and right after he is disbarred , that should be fixed in short order
This was posted yesterday on another thread.
KAVANAUGH IS TOAST!!!
Sounds to me like a variation on the quit-so-we-donāt-have-to-let-you-go theme.
And the perks start falling off, like a bird molting. He was one of those privileged little punks whose daddies get them out of every jam by making a few calls and being extra generous when campaign time comes. This one was reckless enough because of it to do the occasional rape and sexual assault. And then eventually whattaya know heās nominated to the Supreme Court and his memories are fuzzy and papered-over with self-regard enough that unwisely smiles proudly and claim heās humbled to accept. Itās a long way down, Brett, but youāve got it coming, you damn punk.
Wait a second⦠which is it Harvard doesnāt want Kavanaugh? OR Kavanaugh doesnāt want Harvard?
Harvard students donāt want him.
The Federalist Society.
IMO, Kavanaugh is the perfect demonstration of why all future members of the FS should be immediately disqualified from consideration for all future judicial appointments.
Itās deliberately ambiguous. Judge Kavanaugh could be unable to commit to teaching the class because Harvard hasnāt offered him a contract, or Judge Kavanaugh could be unable to commit to teaching the class because he expects to be on the Supreme Court, or Judge Kavanaugh just might have called Harvard and said, āYa know what, I canāt do that thing after all.ā
From outside Harvard Law School, all of those things look alike. Harvard would not publicly humiliate him by saying they wonāt let him teach. Old school ties and all that, even if his old school tie is Yale rather than Hahvahd. The interesting thing is that there arenāt more than a thousand or so people qualified to teach a short course on The Supreme Court Since 2005, and Harvard Law wasnāt able to find a single one of them to teach the class.
Thereās a lot of wishful thinking in these comments. Yes, Harvard would no doubt bow to student pressure and rescind the invitation, but as I read it, Kavanaugh is sending a signal that he fully expects to be on the Supreme Court come winter. And unless the Republicans get a sudden infusion of honor and decency he will be.
After first sexually abusing her in the front seat.
Yes, thatās exactly what it was.
