Wellā¦ all other bullshit things in Johnās comment aside ā¦
We havenāt had a Kasich tweet in some time ā¦so thereās that ā
I have yet to hear a coherent argument from Republicans on how many they expect poor people and those just above the poverty line to afford healthcare, mainly because they donāt have an argument. As such, it really reveals the depth of their dislike and disrespect for most humans.
āHe said that itās fine if Republicans phase out Medicaidā¦ā
In other words, just another Screw-The-Poors wolf in āmoderate Republicanā clothing.
Recalling the debates, a lot of democrats (myself included) were worried about Kasich because he sounded reasonable and we were afraid of his extreme pro-life stance ā and that he might actually win against HRC. Seems like a lifetime ago. Iād take Kasich in a heartbeat now. I guess I am in the third phase of the Kubler-Ross stages of grief ā bargaining.
āDonāt take my Medicaid $$$, tarnsarnit!ā
Canāt be this John Kasich telling people what to or not to vote for is it ?
"A āshameful attemptā to outlaw abortion
The new law makes Ohio the latest state this year to pass a 20-week ban on abortions, following Georgia and South Carolina."
āJam?ā Odd heās deviating from the apparently mandatory Republican ācram down throatā Freudian Metaphor of Choice.
John Kasich will be spending the next several years positioning himself as the rebound boyfriend for GOP voters in 2020.
Ya, but like drinking and driving, beating your spouse, or joining cross-fit, apology is not enough. Fix the problem or die trying.
Ordered a pair of these yesterday. Will come in handy during this administration

But they just have to have that vote next Thursday because itās the anniversary of the creation of ObamaCare. FreeDumb in action. They just canāt get enough proxies for punching Obama in the face. Despicable.
But the house hasnāt met a deadline in years. Theyāll miss this one, too. They also arenāt the best vote counters in town, either. They risk setting this up and own-goaling.
The worst of it is that they can and will make ACA worse and worse, rather than fix it, breaking it to make the point that itās broken.
Perfect.
A breakthrough. Only 62,984,824 to go.
Oh wait, no misspellings. Probably a paid, Soros librul.
I believe thatās exactly what heās doing. On the weekend after Trump was trashing John Lewis via twitter, Kasich was a man about town on MLK jr. holiday, addressing a crowd at the King Center in Atlanta with Rev. Bernice King and others.
Heās creating distance with a lot of rightwing bullshit in his party, but make no mistakeā¦his social policies are still very retrograde, and full of false piety and bullshit paternalism imo. Its true he would have been the least onerous of the bunch though, had he been electedā¦but that was never gonna happen with a rightwing that wanted so desperately to have a bigot champion their hate and xenophobia directly from the White House.
Yup. He would be formidable though because he unites the crazies and not so crazies and doesnt come across as an idiot. The fact that he got away with complete shitshow he created in OH (and got re-elected)says something of his electability.
You from OH? My son is there now. He says Kasich is kinda popular thereā¦especially after accepting the Medicaid expansion, I should add.
