Trump gains NOTHING from another debate unless he is total control of it.
That and his vindictiveness is what this is all about.
Unless FOX wants a 2 hour campaign speech from a lonely Ted Cruz, they HAVE to knuckle-under to Trump’s demands (and that is Trumps demand, that them grovel to him.)
At a late hour, they will roll over, change the date to accommodate him, and Trump will “graciously” agree to attend as long as it’s not really a debate, but a coronation.

This John Weaver spox may have his snark down pat but he’s not much of a thinker. If Kasich bails there is no debate. There is no debate that Trump failed to show for. There is no Trump free discussion of Trump.
You don’t contrast yourself with Trump by doing the same crap Trump does.
