It’s like we’re fighting the Battle of Gettysburg, and there’s some bozo blocking the cavalry units with a “let’s all wear YELLOW uniforms, people!” protest.

Wondering how much Koch, Mercer and Adelson money is financing Orman…

Is it possible that the Democratic party is too beholden to corporate interests that it is repulsive to “actual liberals”? If the Democratic party is so wonderful, why do Independent registered voters outnumber Democratic registered voters by over 60%

“Orman’s ads, which flooded the airwaves before and after the primary race, focused mainly on the dysfunction of the two-party system.”

How very mavericky.

That pitch serves one purpose and one party only, because it’s not the GOP base that understands that pitch to mean “we should have a 3rd or 4th or more alternatives.” No no, that’s Dem and liberal voters who believe in such self-defeating silliness. Instead, the GOP/conservative base reads the sentence quoted above and understand it as meaning “we need to destroy the Dems and become the only ruling party…make this a one party system.” So Orman’s campaign manager can make whatever claims he wants. Orman is objectively, by his behavior and his message, serving the GOP’s interests.

I would be shocked by how stupid people are if they weren’t so incredibly consistent and predictable in their stupidity. Support for Greg Orman - or, for that matter, any 3rd party candidate in a ‘winner take all’ race - is just plain stupid.

Until, of course, those men need help because “self-reliance” ain’t cutting it.

Gosh. That’s so true about the current state of our political situation, it hurts.

Contact Orman here and tell him how much you want him to stay in the race so that Kobach can win!

And Ross Perot and Michael Bloomberg.

This idea that self-funding by rich people is great because it renders candidates selfless and incorruptible is one of the most pernicious myths in politics.
