The great gray “they” are out to get him and “they” are making people not want to stay at his properties, invest in him or his real estate. “They” are even threatening to expose all of the scandals.
Remind him of how great his life was before the WH, how happy he was, how much golf he could play, that he could drive himself, again whatever. He could sit at home and call into morning shows and get on the air. He could criticize with little scrutiny and no consequences. His people would be able to have more of him if he started his own media empire!
We may be able to lure him out of this job. Sure, no cat on earth would fall for the bullshit, even my dog, who is no threat to the Border Collie for that #1 spot, wouldn’t fall for it, but there’s a real chance that Tramp would.
