SCOTUS: We have already shown our intent and bias towards a White Majority rule. All this is waste of time.

Roberts declared racism over, and by G-d it is a thing of the past…for him.

Well gosh, if you can’t rely on John Roberts to play it straight down the middle and just call balls and strikes rather than engaging in extreme judicial activism in furtherance of a brazenly partisan agenda under guise of jurisprudence, who can you trust?

We walked in, sat down, Obie came in with the twenty seven eight-by-ten color glossy pictures with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one, sat down. Man came in said, “All rise.” We all stood up, and Obie stood up with the twenty seven eight-by-ten color glossy pictures, and the judge walked in sat down with a seeing eye dog, and he sat down, we sat down. Obie looked at the seeing eye dog, and then at the twenty seven eight-by-ten color glossy pictures with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one, and looked at the seeing eye dog. And then at twenty seven eight-by-ten color glossy pictures with circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one and began to cry, 'cause Obie came to the realization that it was a typical case of American blind justice, and there wasn’t nothing he could do about it, and the judge wasn’t going to look at the twenty seven eight-by-ten color glossy pictures with the circles and arrows and a paragraph on the back of each one explaining what each one was to be used as evidence against us.

Regardless the outcome of various filings and proceedings everyone will be happy so long as the end result is less black people voting. By “everyone” I mean the white people that are affected in this dispute, of course.

The story is garbled. Can anyone state the main point in one clear sentence?

The rain in Spain falls mainly on the plain.

You’ll need to consult elsewhere for the point.

I’d trust a snake over Roberts.

You can get everything you want (excepting Alice)…

I’ll try. Reubliscums are using their last vestige of power to deny the court’s order to redistrict those political maps that will be to the disfavor of Republicans in future elections.

Or, screw all black voters and only allow white gentry to vote in NC!

Ms. Sneed, this article requires a re-write. I have read it 4 times it still doesn’t make a lick of sense.

Stare decisis!

Well, we wouldn’t want to intrude on North Carolina abrogating the voting rights of its citizens or re-instituting Jim Crow. I mean, let’s not be hasty here.

Hey, Clement? Go fuck yourself.

I’m a lawyer and I agree. Maybe I’m just a bad dumb lawyer though.

Roberts was a racist during his days at Harvard Law…why would he change now.

Harvard University is proving to be an incubator for the alt right. What is going on at Harvard?

Maybe it’s time to repeal Harvard’s tax free status.

Roberts is delaying the proceedings. This makes it less likely that the special elections ordered by a lower court for the North Carolina legislature in un-gerrymandered districts can take place as scheduled later this year. No special elections means it’s more likely that the Republicans will be able to continue controlling the North Carolina Legislature thanks to the gerrymander they previously enacted – even though more North Carolinians vote for Democrats than Republicans.

In short, Roberts is weighing in on the side of Republican trickery – no surprise.
