Gotta say…this is somewhat predictable. It would be hard to deal with the mess had he stayed on. Can we now move on past this story? Seems done and done. Let’s leave it to the court to decide what happens.

This is a serious story. Liberals should not refuse to discuss this. It gives Trump supporters fuel.
We should readily call this man out. I did after a few days when nothing credible turned up.
Liberals should not shy away from the issues of personal responsibility. (Not that Republicans are responsible people). But we need to not be hypocritical on these issues by saying “move on”.

I was unfamiliar with Smollett, so at first I thought he was very young and foolhardy, but he isn’t. Truly pathetic when an evidently talented person undermines himself this way.
