Discussion: Jury Foreman: 5 Jurors Were Undecided In Walter Scott Case, Which Ended In Mistrial

It’s extremely hard to convict a white person for killing a black person. The sympathy always lies with the killer.

At one point, a juror told the judge he couldn’t “in good conscience” convict Slager.

There is video footage of Slager shooting Scott in the back and then attempting to plant evidence to cover it up, whatever it is that is keeping you from convicting Slager it sure as fuck isn’t “good conscience.”

Also why don’t more of these articles make mention of that evidence planting or the fact that the “traffic stop” in question was for a broken taillight and took place in the parking lot of the auto-parts store Scott was going to to pick up a replacement?
