REALLY reconsidering anymore visits to Colorado.
She’s certainly someone I’d want helping care for my daughter. Of course, the child hasn’t had at least some of her vaccines, so it sounds like the whole family will not be up for any caregiver awards this year.
So Holmes is entitled to a “jury of his peers.” She seems perfect.
Man, some people REALLY don’t want to be sucked into being a juror it appears.
Is the potential jury pool in Aurora really this pathetic?
This only goes to show that they definitely need a whole lot more available mental health services for all people in Aurora, not just the mentally ill man that pulled that trigger.
What a winner this one is…did the court call Child Protective Services as well, I hope?
I mention my exwife is a litigator and that usually gets me off.
Just do like Carlin and say you can tell guilty people just by looking at 'em.
What? Pulling out your hair gets you off jury duty. Now everyone will be doing it.
Ummmm…
“KCNC noted that the court had previously released two candidates for
being drunk, one for being high and one for being violently ill.”
The defense should have considered keeping these folks, too, if they hope to get anywhere with an insanity defense, or if they’re just looking for people who won’t pay attention to the evidence.
It gets you out of Jury Duty or is just “gets you off”?
Sounds to me like she was looking for an excuse to get off the jury
[Note to self]
Wear hair extensions to jury duty on March 5th…

Wow the gene, err jury pool in Colorado is exceptional.
I can’t decide if the EPA needs to test the water or if the jury pool has been told to expect a long trial.
It makes me go shy turtle.
A lady walks into a bar and says to the bartender, “I’ll have an entendre. Make it a double.”
So he gives it to her.
