I’m shocked, shocked I tell you!
Kind of stunning that a bunch of thugs and criminals are suing the police for trying to enforce the law. Who would believe that thugs, criminals, and wine thieves would actually break the law, requiring police action?
So, I guess then that the police were acting properly when they arrested the two reporters at McDonalds?
“completely failed to present any credible evidence” proving crowd-control tactics by police in the days following Brown’s August 2014 death in the St. Louis suburb involved malice or bad faith
Yeah, I believe the actions of the SS guards at any number of concentration camps in WWII Germany did not involve malice or bad faith either.
The judge. What a pathetic excuse for a human being.
The judge is trying to run out the clock. He might well be overruled by the next court up (“no credible evidence whatsoever” is a really high standard, especially considering the DoJ investigation), but this kicks the trial another couple years down the road.
