McDaniel, as state senator, was the chair of the elections committee when they were being amended. You’d think he would understand the laws he helped make. But you would be wrong.

I doubt any other judge is going to assume as mcdaniels consul has that the time limit was changed even though it remained the same while the other surrounding policies were changed.
