“…a crisis of aliens, many of whom may have unmeritorious asylum claims…” Of course, we can tell the merits of the claims before they have been adjudicated. Fuck these monsters; the whole idea of the justice system in this country is to make a determination after an investigation/hearing. The real crisis is not providing enough manpower to properly process these claims, which is why it often leads to people staying here for years.
