Only in Mississippi would defending an indefensible law be considered wise use of taxpayer’s money. As we already know, the state is rolling in the dough. So it’s always a good time to “make it rain” for state-appointed attorneys.

Maybe they didn’t have a chicken

Another one of those damned librul judges who follow Supreme Court rulings and the dictates of elitist science.

‘Paul Barnes, a special assistant state attorney general, argued that the law serves Mississippi’s “interest in protecting maternal health and the state’s interest in protecting unborn life.”’

Too bad they don’t care about born life.
