Cohen looked tired Wednesday, elbows resting on the table in front of him and head cocked slightly back.
Roseanne might give you her remaining Ambien Michael, I hear it slows things down a bit. And the well documented side effect of making racist tweets would be just the ticket to detract from your on-going woes.
Harrison said Cohen’s legal team included 15 lawyers and two data specialists working “all night” and through the Memorial Day weekend. One associate even “developed a tremor in his hand,” Harrison said.
This has got to cost a pretty penny. Thank goodness Cohen has all that money he extorted. Who knew breaking the law repeatedly over years could have consequences?
And Harrison can just can it. He’s getting paid very well, no doubt. No one forced him to defend a mafioso.

Doin’ that crazy Hand Jive™?

I wasn’t there and I could still see Judge Wood rolling her eyes.
Somehow, I think Trump is owed an apology here.
Maybe the associate saw something so damning it made his hand tremble…
I’ve had this uncontrollable head shaking thing going on for the past couple years myself so I can empathize. See…it happened again when I read this article.
I’m having a hard time understanding the volume of documents for a total client base of 3.
As you can imagine, there is available today very sophisticated software to electronically sort thru documents and vendors who can be hired on a case by case basis who are expert in these reviews who can dramatically speed the process. Touching or reviewing every document is not necessary.
The judge is not being unreasonable.
Don’t do the crime, if you can’t do the time…sorting through the evidence of your guilt.
One associate even “developed a tremor in his hand,” Harrison said.

Not.
Do not ask for whom the bell tolls, Michael Cohen. Because they’re banging that gong for your sorry ass, mofo!
Must be tough burning through all that corporate pay-for-play money.
I like the idea of Avenatti turning up and trolling the Cohen-Trump litigators. Wonder how that turned out.
This went pretty badly for Cohen.
At a court hearing in Lower Manhattan, Wood sided with prosecutors in announcing a June 15 deadline for Cohen, President Trump’s long-time fixer, to make all remaining claims of attorney-client privilege.
The sheer volume of docs means that he won’t be able to stretch too far above the 200-300 docs or so that the Special Master deemed to fall within the privilege. The news that the Feds are rebuilding the shredded docs is also really bad news for Cohen. There are potential spoilage and obstruction claims implied there. Also, it creates an air of bad faith which will condition how the Judge rules on 50-50 issues.
Total lawyer client base of 3.
The rest was sheer extortion and bribery. Not officially sanctioned by the Bar.
I imagine Cohen’s lawyer’s voice trembling and then breaking plaintively on “tremor.”
Avenetti has a very interesting tweet about half an hour ago.
The #TrumpTapes that were just disclosed in court as a result of our efforts should be released immediately. Not tmrw, not next week or next month. Now. Nixon 2.0. #Basta

Based on his previous tweet, it seems he’s refering to taped conversations between Michael Cohen and Donald Trump!
We look forward to pushing for answers this morning as to why Mr. Cohen is leaking illegally recorded conversations relating to my client. Also interetsed in why he will not release all of the recordings, especially those with Mr. Trump.

Flip before it’s too late! Rev up the bus!
Does that include staff in the Minsk, Krasnoyarsk, and Vladivostok offices?
