Discussion: Judge Reams Stone For His Delayed Notice Of His Mueller-Bashing Book Intro

Beginning to rethink my prediction that she’d give Roger one absolute final last chance. Still probably will, but she’s a sober sensible judge and this is not the language sober sensible judges use when they’re about to give you one last chance.

Good, I really want this douche in jail.

This is almost fascinating to watch. It’s like the rules have never applied to him before and he has no clue how to act.

She don’t play.

Apparently she does because he’s still not in jail.

So you think she’s going to put him behind bars, or is this a “I’m giving you one last chance on top of all the other one last chances, mister, and you’d better shape up”?

Personally, every time I see his face I want to gag.

Why can’t Stone write his explanations from a cell?

People who think rules don’t apply to them eventually find out they’re wrong. Unless they die first, of course.

Probably because she wants to be sure everything lines up when she does put him there.

Since the book was actually released before his arrest (even though their filing called the release imminent), she doesn’t want to jail him for something that happened before she gagged him.

That’s why all the details about what went on starting from the arraignment.

What about the instagram post that the Mueller team reported? Is this out of scope for today for some reason?

How long after the March 11 deadline for a response, before the Judge sends Stone to jail for violating the Court Order?

My guess - days. Maybe up to a full Scaramucci. Certainly no longer.

Hey, Roger - you know all that rope you’ve been getting? You might start to feel a slight tightening sensation.

Snakes of a feather…

Different issue. It’s a specific response to the defense submission of their ‘clarification’ about the book.

Mueller’s report on the pic was separate and I expect we’ll see something about that later.

I’ve never seen this Hitler Youth photo before. When was this? 1934?

Didn’t Atwater give something close to a deathbed confession/apology for his work in the Bush campaign and the debasement of political discourse?

My guess is that he’s behind bars no later than March 12. I’m also guessing/hoping, depending on exactly what level of bullcrap the lawyers file in that hearing, that they’re looking at disciplinary action. What’s the range of things a judge can to do a lawyer in cases where they participate in contempt and/or violation of court orders?

Cheers, thanks for clarifying. Guessing I am not the only one that was wondering…

Is this a case of whether his lawyers are deliberately trying to fox the judge or if they just can’t control their client?
