Not so. Rae Carruth was convicted of conspiracy to commit murder and it’s highly likely Aaron Hernandez won’t ever see the light of day again.
I don’t understand why the judge left everyone in suspense as to her final ruling. Couldn’t she have just kept reading her findings?
Why delay the pronouncement of her judgement, especially since sentencing is not expected the same day?
Does she have some kind of huge ream of material to go through on Friday?
Homicide = murder.
He was acquitted of premeditated murder, but could still be convicted of what we might call 2nd degree murder or manslaughter.
