U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson on Thursday asked that federal prosecutors “submit unredacted versions of those portions of the report that relate to defendant Stone and/or ‘the dissemination of hacked materials.’” [She] will review the information in a confidential setting before proceeding further.

Somehow I doubt that the SC would decide to bar themselves from being able to see anything they think they need. Boof and Squi might vote to limit their own power, but the rest seems a stretch.

Contempt of court for the prosecutors/DOJ, including the possibility of jail time to compel compliance. But I would be shocked if they did not give the judge what she’s asking for, at least for in camera review.
