Makeup is time consuming and pricey. Just use tape.
This seems to be happening with more frequency in recent years. Defendants on trial with Nazi tattoos on their face and neck as well as gang tattoos. Judges ordering the defendants to hide said inklings. It seems to be creating a industry for specialist makeup artists.
