So, very, very, very much winning…
Great to see Kobach being held by the short hairs!
Dumb jackass stepped on his own wee wee-wee
Kobach has already protested turning over the document, invoking “executive privilege,” with O’Hara saying the discovery request in the lawsuit is “a very close call” adding he’ll address the privilege claim after seeing if the memo is relevant to the case.
The danger for the Trump administration lies in the document becoming public and used to show that new iterations of executive orders on immigration may be based upon unconstitutional grounds outlined in the plan
I’m sure he lost that particular document in a Kansas tornado. “Sorry, Your Honor. I have other documents I can give you.”
drip…
drip…
drip…
The Trumps and Kushners can’t complain and they haven’t tired yet.
The idiots that voted for Trump are having second thoughts but would not admit it because we keep calling them morons and racists.
Trump always finds the creeps.
Why does the judge want to see the document?
Presumably the last paragraph in the story answers that question – but I can’t figure it out. (Note: I am a law-school graduate – I’m still not sure what I means).
Can anybody explain it simply?
Thanks!
Ooooppps!
Yep!
Although this gif has nothing whatsoever to do with this story I liked it so much that I’m posting it.
So sue me!
How can Kobach assert executive privilege?
”Kobach’s proof of
citizenshipwhiteness requirement.”
Fixed.
Ain’t that the truth. Its almost like it takes one to know one…
This should be hilarious. Anyone got odds that he’ll attempt to recreate it in a “damage control” form, but get caught because it doesn’t match the photo quite right?
Trump: Obama stole the only copy we had.
FOX: That is precisely why Muslim Ban has been overthrown every time.
I think the argument is that if the law needs to be changed to require proof of citizenship, that says something about what the law is now–that documentation is not required. And that that suggests that there is a less burdensome way to find out if a person is eligible to vote. Does that explain it?
Kobach: I am White.
Nope. I can’t even explain it in a complicated way. I don’t get it either.
Ruh roh.
Awweeeesssooommmmmmeeee~!
