Guess we’ll finally see Cohen’s copy of the pee tape…

I want to know what he was was doing for Hannity.

I do wonder what details we don’t yet know about can/will be released. Could be real bombshells…or not from what we already know.

Whoa Nelly, some people aren’t going to like this.

Is this a good thing or will this compromise Mueller’s investigation? Seems kinda like a way to give a heads up to tRump but I’m probably just being paranoid.

Ooh. This will be a trove of mostly unrelated stuff. Watch for the stories about his dry cleaning bills…

OTOH, could reveal other money laundering etc.

Well, since Cohen only had 3 clients, and the other two Cohen was paying off chicks for abortions and silence about affairs…

I’m sure it was help on Hannity’s TurboTax filing, couldn’t figure out where to click.

I wanna know how many burn phones Cohen had and if any of them were in Prague pinging off of the FSBs hacking operation. Doubt we’ll be able to find out from these records though…

More of an effect on SDNY, I should think, perhaps Mueller indirectly.

No problem. With his very tiny, delicate hands, they should fit on the entire smartphone keyboard — in portrait orientation.

It’s an interesting question, since there is no indication in the story or the order that the government had requested that they not be released. I could have missed that detail in an earlier story, but I don’t remember reading it.

IANAL… so huh? why are these released?

I am and I have no idea why,

Nitpicky, but just fyi - Cohen had more than 3 clients, but only 3 of them were of interest to the SC.

If the case had gone to trial, evidence would generally be public record, how does that work with a plea? I’m assuming some news organization made the motion.

That’s a good guess and yes a guilty plea is the same thing as going to trial on a not guilty plea as far as public evidence goes. Unless for some reason the judge seals it.
