There’s been a huge Trumpalo-promoted media misreading of what the judge in Virginia has said in court. Which is only remarkable for outing the general population for their failure to just go to the freakin’ transcript rather than trust media spin.
That old bugger judge who’s assigned to hear the case against Manafort in Virginia KNOWS that the case he’s been assigned is a boring slam dunk of necessary but totally unremarkable prosecution. So AOT the judge did was try to bully the OSC into ‘proving’ their proposition that Mueller is acting throughout under the authority of the DoJ by adding a local EDVa federal AUSa to the prosecution team.
Mueler, not being born under a mushroom, AGREED, and so now that prosecution has a local AUSa actively participating. That’s really all the old bugger judge wanted so now he’s happy as a clam, actively engaged in trying to duck the whole boring business by contriving ways to have the trial date kicked past the trial date in the DC prosecution of Manafort.
