What, doesnāt the fact that he completely ignored how lucky he was not to have gone to jail the first time prove that he is mentally incapable of being tried as an adult?

Just looking at the actions this kid has taken since killing four people while driving under the influence shows he still just doesnāt get it.
First, he gets only probation when mere mortals would have received hefty jail time.
Then, he drinks alcohol at a party thereby violating his parole as well as deeply offending the family members of the victims. He may well have just spit on their graves for all he seems to care about what his actions.
Subsequent to that, he flees to Mexico rather than face the consequences of his actions.
This is quite enough. This kid needs rehab followed by serious jail time imo.

Iāve seen a dozen photos of this kid by now. He still looks like an FAS victim, but this is, literally, the first photo Iāve seen of him where he looks sober and conscious.

I think he wears that scraggly prospector beard so that he looks much older than he is, since when he is clean-shaven he looks like he is 12. And I am fairly sure there are a lot of fine, upstanding (well, their penises, anyway) gentlemen in prison who would like to make the acquaintance of a boy who looks like he is 12-years-old.
Finally. I think everyone in Tarrant and Dallas Counties would have gone to the courthouse in Ft. Worth with torches and pitchforks if they hadnāt finally done this. If anything, he is more despised than Skreli is at least locally.
Itās a shame that lynching has gone out of style.
A sure old west cure of a tall tree and a short rope could certainly by justified for this little asshole.
