The way I understand it, these guys hate to be reversed so they’re careful in how they write up their decision. If the SCOTUS reverses this one, our Republic is in deep shit because they would be complicit in rigging the vote for years.
The House needs to thoroughly investigate Wilbur Ross and his connections to the Bank of Cyprus (and more). He’s a rotten criminal who oversees a massive enterprise that deals in very dark businesses. I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with one of his TX financial companies and it was awful. He’s a crook and a con man…the perfect Trump associate.
