Trump birth control should have been heavily enforced about 74 years ago…
Trump admin rules: Grabbin’ 'em by the p_ssy 2.0.
And the Trump administration campaign continues, seeking to guarantee that few women, persons of color (or men with a conscience) will vote for GOP candidates.
Any company wishing to opt out of providing birth control to its employees should have the entire executive board (and spouses) tested to ensure that they are not utilizing any birth control, including OTC purchase of condoms.
Otherwise, it’s not a “sincerely-held religious belief”
(Note the deliberate use of the word “spouse”. If any of them have partners which they are not married to, that’s an automatic notice that there isn’t a sincerely-held religious belief to cling to)
Pity his mom isn’t around, she could do a post-full-term abortion…
Hasn’t this already been adjudicated several times already? They keep trying and they keep getting shot down by the courts. Hobby Lobby was an unfortunate piece of GOP-led and SCOTUS’s politically biased bullshit. It was poorly reasoned, poorly decided, just piss-poor forethought in its overall ramifications in general. Glad to see this decision reached in these 13 states at least. Can’t wait until the dead-enders bring back having to bake cakes for gay people. NOT.
Pretty sure that’s still swishing around in some GOP thinktank and someone is still thinking of queuing up that bullshit again too.
I think that any sincerely-held religious belief should be supported by citation and enforced in toto. So if you claim the new testament then by golly you donate 10 percent of revenues to the poor. If the old, then saturday/sunday opening is right out.
…You sell cakes to gay people, because Jesus taught love thy neighbor.
