Admin. will appeal. And then I hope whoever is fighting for these immigrants pulls all of Trump’s tweets, rally speeches, and- oh wait that’s the only way he communicates- and places them into the record.

This is EXACTLY why the republicans are stuffing the courts with conservative sympathizers or extremists. Next time this comes up, the repubs want it to be in front of one of their judges, so the programs they so love and that citizens despise, will survive.
Until they stuff all the courts, they risk being called in their cruelty, their power grabs, their racism, and their marginal understanding of what’s legal in this country.
