Of course he had fucking time for a deposition.
Then he’s really going to be flabbergasted how Trump has 12 hours of Executive Time per day, but claims to be too busy to face his accusers in court.
I am a little surprised the Judge doesn’t know the difference of a deposition and a lieing interview.
The gang that couldn’t shoot straight.
Dog, these people are stupid.
Bring him in
Judge Furman will note in his opinion how Ross claimed he did not have time to answer questions, but then sat for interviews (which were NOT under oath) and will note that his refusal to testify about his misleading statements is evidence that he had nothing helpful to say, and his lack of testimony when he could have testified, is strong evidence that his statements are lies, and the claims he made pretext…
You can’t make these assumptions in a criminal case, but you sure as hell can in a civil case…
I learned to expect little else from this administration.
Don’t understand … ’ surprised ’ reaction …
The guy was made for TV … man —
Plenty of executive time but no time for the war dead.
Contempt of Court. Feature not Bug with this bunch.
Go ahead, keep pushing it.
When even the Judge is trolling you, you got a problem…
When you have a crooked Supreme Court, it’s not that big a problem…
There are no perjury charges for lying in the court of public opinion.
I don’t think copy/paste of tweets is actual, you know, JOURNALISM.
Tell the story!
Well, the press doesn’t have the power to throw him into the Concrete Hilton.
And since when is a tweet ‘news.’? I still don’t understand why TPM does this.
Hmmm, maybe the judge should subpeona the reporters recordings and make Ross explain why he has time for interviews but not for a deposition.
