The article uses the present tense (“Baker is under investigation”), but the interview in which the investigation was disclosed took place 15 months ago (Oct 18, 2018). Its ridiculous to assume that the investigation is ongoing at this point given its limited nature. And given that no charges have been filed against Baker by the DoJ, the odds are that the investigation itself found no criminal wrongdoing.
