The NFL knows what it’s doing - it’s protecting its brand. We thought the brand was wholesome family sports, but it turns out the brand is violent misogynistic homophobic male fantasy.

Gee, are we all surprised? NFL must go out of its way to hire violent players; it SELLS to the public, that’s obviously what they want. Let’s see, you can be as violent as … during the “play”, but not during commercials, at home,… Who’s surprised? raise your wimpy hand.

“Seriously, your special brand of spiteful ignorance will always be legal, Stewart said to Hannity. And profitable, so sleep well, friend.”

John might as well added Wall Street and Hollywood to the list.

I still don’t understand why other large municipal employers aren’t held to the same rigorous standards that the NFL must achieve?

It’s puzzling how nobody is saying the ugly, obvious thing which is “Why are African American men (athletes) so prone to beating their wives?” Why not? Admit it or not, it’s what everyone is thinking. Is this a racial cultural issue?

We’re makin’ money! Sod all!
