Discussion for article #237388
With a rabid polar bear.
Actually, a quick death would be too good. I’d rather just see them starve to death slowly, or freeze to death, something like that, a slow, painful death is what all these horrible slime deserve.
“Some things work out, some things don’t.”
All you can do is shake your head.
Club Fed for the bunch…
This is terrifying news. Jr. really was the decider.
“Ice floe”, Brendan, not “ice flow”. Just because you put it in quotation marks doesn’t mean your spelling is correct.
Geez, Stewart is going to be missed
And yet, it seems to have been precisely this “the fuck I care” attitude that was admired in this man. Remember how he told assembled troops in Iraq that they were on their own for armored vehicles? That was in 2003, and yet, in 2004 the nation wanted to go with the “steak-and-martini” guys, rather than someone who speaks French and knows a good wine from a bad one.
Our hope isn’t what will get them, time has a way of making things right, even when it isn’t obvious.
Rumsfeld is as hated as Cheney possibly and that has got to hurt deep down inside and at night when the demons come. Of course they will deny until the wheels fall off because they don’t want to be imprisoned for the rest of their shitty lives and they falsely think that they have a reputation to save.
Rumsfeld is a war criminal waiting to meet his destiny.
I don’t usually complain about the headlines, and I know that it’s an editor and not the author of the article.
But Jon Stewart is the opposite of “gives up hope”. He’s still fighting. He’s got only a little time left, but he’s still fighting. And he’s practically begging everyone else to keep going, because there doesn’t seem to be anything resembling a news organization any more. So please, editors, the least you could do is pay a tiny bit of attention to what he’s actually saying.
Playa n’ice… Wee hive Al bean aüto-speil-chequed on to the stoopidest weirds.
Even with legit spellings of real words.
Myself.
