Dang. Jon Stewart is off the air for no more than a few weeks and he turns into James G. Blaine.
She was a vet tech when they met, so I don’t think this is really new…
Thank you Jon and Tracey.
Jon, you have an amazing legacy of exposing buffoonery, but more important is your effort for vets and the 9/11 first responders.
Keep on being our critic and our conscience … we need somebody just like you.
already home to four pigs, two of which were rescued from the side of the road
And 1 from an Amtrak ‘quiet’ car…
Jon Stewart for sainthood. What? No Jewish saints?
When he starts growing hemp, I’ll start to worry. Not that there’s anything wrong with that…
I can;t think of a better way to focus one’s efforts in such a good cause and giving back. Legitimate animal charities and sanctuaries need so much help. There is always money for human causes but not so much for animals. This is a good and decent man
I love you for that. I am a huge animal lover and activist. Thank you for doing that
Out of curiousity - is Stewart a vegetarian?
edit–deleted for short-sighted foolishness.
Beej is on the waiting list.
What a great project!
John the Baptist, Luke, Mark, Matthew and Paul were all Jewish. As was their friend…
I don’t know if Jon Stewart is a vegetarian, but his efforts regarding farm animals are great even if he isn’t. There is a solid case that one should treat farm animals humanely while they are alive even if you eat them after they are dead.
I love this guy!
Saving animals? That is wonderful. Thank you Jon and Tracey!
No, not sainthood please, just nice people doing a nice thing. That should be the norm, shouldn’t require any sort of award or declaration of exceptionality.
Where is TGOET to tell us that Jon Stewart is opening a FEMA camp for animals?
As if there were any doubt about their genuine cool. I just ordered a copy of Tracey’s book…
