Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t the judge let the conviction stand. He was pardoned for his crimes, but I think he is still a convicted felon.

Not that it matters to most republicans.

Edit: I just googled it. The conviction stands, but it’s a misdemeanor, not a felony.
