I’m ashamed and embarrassed to admit that not very many years ago I actually thought Webb had a bright future in the Democratic Party.

Ok, I’m sending a picture of Webb to the next person who whines and complains that Obama didn’t get more done when Democrats controlled the House and Senate. He’s why. Jim Webb and about a half dozen others like him are why.

In a crazy way, this helps Hillary, if you think Trump is a weak general election candidate.
By saying this, Webb is basically arguing against what Romney and McCain said yesterday. That Trump is uniquely unqualified to be President, putting aside their mixed message for a moment.
If Webb is willing to support Trump, it implies maybe Trump isn’t the monster the Republican establishment wants you to think he is…and it’s okay to support him. Which sets up a Clinton/Trump general election.
Or maybe he’s just a dick.
