He used to be a Republican and once he ran for the Democratic nomination and got nothing, he’s clearly switched back. He spouted GOP talking points at the debates he managed to get into. So yes, in my book ® is right.

I actually thought he might be a VP pick for Hillary. Webb has appeal to white working class Democrats who used to know which party stood for their interests. Oh well…
