Hello, this is Michelle Duggar. I’m calling to inform you of some shocking news that would affect the safety of Northwest Arkansas women and children. The Fayetteville City Council is voting on an ordinance this Tuesday night that would allow men – yes I said men – to use womens and girls restrooms, locker rooms, showers, sleeping areas and other areas that are designated for females only. I don’t believe the citizens of Fayetteville would want males with past child predator convictions that claim they are female to have a legal right to enter private areas that are reserved for women and girls. I doubt that Fayetteville parents would stand for a law that would endanger their daughters or allow them to be traumatized by a man joining them in their private space. We should never place the preference of an adult over the safety and innocence of a child. Parents, who do you want undressing next to your daughter at the public swimming pool’s private changing area? I still believe that we are a society that puts women and children first. Women, young ladies and little girls deserve to use the restroom or any other facility in peace and safety. Will you speak up for protecting women and children?

Well, now that it look at this I feel kinda queasy.
His parents are admitting their son is a pedpohile while they did NOTHING to get him help even though they knew and…because Jaysus.

The state of Arkansas should very seriously investigate taking the remaining minor children away from this unsafe environment in which the parents allow a known rapist, and that’s what this is, to remain in the house with minor children. This is horrific.

Is that actually true? Hard for me to believe, but I don’t know what the law is in this sort of case. And would that apply across the board, if true, or only with sexual abuse?

That’s easy enough to comprehend. It’s just that the dissonance from seeing a person that’s not really a person is jarring. Knowing that there are over 50 million like that is…? An actual zombie horde is less terrifying than a room full of Duggars, Wisconsin GOPers, and Beltway Villagers.

Serious question: what DO you do if you find out your teenager is inappropriately touching their younger siblings? I wouldn’t ignore it or just pray over it, of course, but I doubt I would call the cops immediately either. Isn’t there a way to get help without ruining the rest of the kid’s life?

if the state agency will not do anything, and no state legislators will do anything to get them to do something, then perhaps some outside pressure should be brought on them by the media.

They also emphasized that all their children received counseling from “accredited” professionals after Josh Duggar returned from the Christian treatment program.
Without a name I call bullshit. We know that the “counseling” person they first trotted out turned out to be a state trooper who broke the law by not reporting it and who was later busted for dealing in child porn.
So until we can verify Jim Bob’s claims that Josh did actually see an actual, accredited mental health professional who deals with sexual child abuse, I call bullshit.
