Better chance of getting Jefferson Beauregard Sessions to donate to the Southern Poverty Law Center.

2 ā€¦ I feel so badly for themā€¦ I know I would rather roll in poison ivy than ask JBS for anything ā€¦

3 ā€¦ How long, on average, can one hold their breath ? ? ā€¦

If any good comes out of the Trump presidency, it will be bringing US musliMs and Jews together as well as a emphatic voice on the left advocating respect and support of peoples of all race, creed, religion.

Better chances of Beauregard Sessions becoming a moyel, even though heā€™s eminently qualified, being constantly surrounded by dickheadsā€™s.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions was forced to amend prior testimony to Congress this week, acknowledging that contrary to an earlier statement, heā€™d encountered the Russian ambassador to the United States twice in the last year.
Sessions appears to have left out a third instance in which they crossed paths.
In April of 2016, Sessions attended a VIP reception at a hotel in Washington, D.C., with President Donald Trump and roughly two dozen guests, including four ambassadors. One of them was Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. The cocktail meet-and-greet took place in a private room at the Mayflower Hotel near the White House. Shortly thereafter, Trump delivered a foreign policy speech in the hotelā€™s ballroom, where he called for improved U.S.-Russia relations. Kislyak was seated in the front row.

Dear Esme and TPM:

These are not just ā€œbomb threats.ā€ These threats are acts of terrorism. They should be described as such.

ā€œThe Jewish Community Center Association on Wednesday urged Attorney General Jeff Sessions to take further action against bomb threats to Jewish community centers across the United States.ā€

One big problem with that request.

ā€œThe public at large are not buying the excuses coming from AG Jeff Sessions and the Trump White House. In a new Quinnipiac poll, more than half believe he lied under oath and should resign over his testimony.ā€

OT: is something happening tonight on Rachel Maddow show?

Theyā€™ve had a countdown clock all afternoon and now Mr. TrumpRussia on twitter is teasing the show as well.

The ultimate get right now is Christopher Steele. Dare we hope?

Private reception with only 24 people in the room? Easy to forget.

Doesnā€™t Sessionsā€™ history as a small-minded stone bigot mean he should recuse himself from the investigation of these threats?

Wellā€¦ Steele returned to work yesterday, after a couple of months lying low

And just why do they think that Trump cares one iota about their issues?

The writing has been on the wall since Trump threw his hat in the ring.

The ONLY people that matter are grumpy old white Anglo Saxon Protestant men with saggy balls.

Trumpā€™s fine with older womenā€”over 30, I meanā€”who are rail thin, bo-toxed from collar bone to scalp, have cheek implants, boob jobs, tummy tucks, and who donā€™t mind a little bit of ā€œyellowā€ in their intimate play.

They are offering a gift to Sessions ā€¦ a chance to redeem himself a tiny bit. Alas, Sessions is a dim bulb. Couple that with the fact that he is a racist asshole, and my guess is their appeal will fall on deaf (and goofy) ears.

No problem. Heā€™ll just re-recuse himself.

Iā€™d even go one step further: He should stop making these threats.

Canā€™t they just turn over Trumpā€™s campaign mailing list?

Priorities.

So many threats, shouldnā€™t we fear someone (like a Dylan Roof, or Anders Breivik) acts in some horrific belief that the action is so righteous that it will spark others to act?

Yet the admin has only offered a delayed tepid ā€œdonā€™t do thisā€ from Trump, and a couple of spokespersons making a general ā€œcondemn in the strongest termsā€ comment.

No statement of an active investigation into the threats. No action to match the condemnation.

The number of threats are escalating. It is terrorizing (definition of terrorism - outside of the alt-right world where the only terrorism that exists is form Muslims). But the fed. govt isnā€™t acting/investigating? I fear that a tragedy may be lurking. MAGA = making us safer? heavy, fearful, sigh
