There’s no presumption of confirmability, you craven, complicit, jackass.

Kavanaugh displayed a shocking lack of judicial temperament in his testimony yesterday. That right there is reason enough to vote against him.

People are going to accuse you of Flaking out again, but truthfully, you haven’t: you’ve merely lived down to the low opinion and expectations everyone has of you.

‘Absent corroborating evidence’: there’s evidence. You guys just won’t look at it. The evidence is not absent; it’s consciously and willfully being ignored.

And the presumption of innocence is the standard in criminal law, not civil society.

The rank cynicism and lack of good faith here disgust me.

He’s retiring after this term. He had one last chance to show he was not full of shit in deriding Trump. Instead, he saved the biggest mouthful of it for the end.
