I’m sorry, did you not say that you respected Flake (or might be able to) because he supported rolling over on the President’s executive order and because he wanted a so-called “immigraiton reform” bill passed?
The effect of the bill he wants passed would be to make it harder for middle class Americans. And the only reason he is doing it is because there are wealthy megadonors who want more cheap labor.
The effect of the policy that you respect Jeff Flake for is to hurt the American middle class, whether or not you specifically said that is what you wanted to do.
