Woohoo! Second prediction comes true: he gives a ‘clarificatin’ that clafifies NOTHING.

Bullshiite. He understood the question and answered honestly. That’s his problem.

Digging Deeper And Deeper:

“. But given a second chance to answer the question, Bush said he was unsure what he would do with 20/20 hindsight.”

Maybe its time for you to do some extra credit work if you want to bring up your grade.

“Yeah, I don’t know what that decision would’ve been,” Bush responded. “That’s a hypothetical but the simple fact was mistakes were made, as they always are in life and foreign policy. So we need to learn from the past to make sure we’re strong and secure going forward.”

So we need to learn from our mistakes but so far Jeb hasn’t learned anything because he still doesn’t know what his decision would have been. And how exactly does this help establish his fitness for the role of President of the United States?

That’s a hypothetical but the simple fact was mistakes were made, as they always are in life and foreign policy.

Thankfully, the mistakes W made in Iraq were not nearly as bad as, well, BENGHAZIIIIIII!!!

“Do you want to stick with that answer or would you like a few minutes to make up a better one?”

Jeb: “I’ take just a few minutes…”

Jeb on everything (subtext): Someone please give me a 7-figure job doing little or nothing. I don’t want to be POTUS.

Wasn’t very convincing.

And also because:

  1. He has said that his brother is his chief advisor on foreign policy; and
  2. The people he has put on his foreign policy team are the Bush 43 alumni who made the biggest mistakes (and who have yet to say they were mistakes).

This is not “learning from the past,” Jebby. This is doing the same thing over again and expecting a different result.

Not exactly. His brother never bothered to clarify or apologize ever. That would be unmanly.

Jebus! They have had, what, 2 days to clean this up, and the best they can do is I guess I misremembered my talking points pertaining to this question, and I really have no idea what I would have done knowing what I do not know now?

unsure? Is the drunk unsure what he would do differently after the head-on collision that killed an entire family and put him in prison for 20 years?

How embarassing.

And he still apparently has not even learned from the mistake he made yesterday because he still has no answer for this question. Wasn’t he supposed to be the smarter Bush?
