Good for Nixon. If these people who burned and destroyed public property and people’s personal property before start again the police, in my opinion, have the right to shoot to kill. Particularly given that they are so outnumbered. This is ridiculous.
If the National Guard does this right from the very beginning…it will end in a matter of minutes. The violence will end as quick as it started. These people are cowards. And they are looking for 5 minutes of fame…give them a lifetime of six feet under.
They have disgraced Mike Brown’s memory.

The National Guard will put a stop to this. AND it may get Nixon elected President or Vice President something. Someone has to man up and put a damn stop to this crazy burning and destruction. I don’t care if they’re black or white or green martians.

The reason the politicians are so worried is the Prosecutor in this case is in bed with the cops. He has been waiting for cold weather before announcing that Wilson is going to walk free. Unless he does it in a snowstorm that announcement will probably lead to some of the worst rioting in recent American history.

They are looking at evidence and facts, which is history. They are not paying attention to idiots on FOX and MSNBC.
Destroying property definitely should get one arrested, not executed. The guard is there to keep peace, not make war. Yes, if protesters start to get violent with innocent people and lives are threatened, time to use the weapons. But you don’t execute for breaking a window, you arrest.
If there is no indictment, all evidence will be released. If it clearly shows Wilson was justified, there should be no riots or protests. If it does not, there will likely be riots. The question is will people view the evidence before rioting, or are some just going to riot because they have a preconceived notion of what should happen.
ALL evidence will be released if there is no indictment, and there is a ton of it we have not seen. People need to be more into facts than rhetoric. I read one report that said 6 blacks have testified backing up Wilson’s story. Is it true? I have no idea, nor does anyone else. If that turns out to be true, there should be no riots. If it turns out not to be true and several witnesses and forensics back up that this guy was shot from 30 feet away with his hands up and there is no indictment, there should be protests.
But at this point NO ONE has seen the evidence and heard the testimony except the Grand Jury. ANY judgment people are making is speculation at this point.
I’m not asking them to politicize, just to recall history’s injustices they’re apparently poised to repeat.

No, the ugliness that is representative of Missouri is the ugliness of hierarchy from Darren Wilson to your very office that is whitewashing this murder in every conceivable sense of the term.

Our observations at the absolutely unprecedented way this so-called “grand jury” was conducted – a grand jury wholly unnecessary in the first place save to construct a pass for this cop – why, those observations are just speculation.
All grand juries hear “all sides of the case.” Sure. Got it. Suggesting otherwise is just more speculation.
All cases so sensitive are resolutely refused a special prosecutor who might lend credibility. Observation of the contrary is more speculation.
The police report that was filed was absolutely devoid of any details that might be used to determine whether this officer has changed his story, but pointing that out is – you guessed it – speculation.
Speculation is therefore defined as any observation of what has transpired that might make it clear that the fix is in.
