Discussion for article #224082

Bingo Jay and good for Harry Reid who so far is the only fricking Dem who has the President’s back.

Why the media even bothers to report what an immoral idiot like Cheney says is a question that can’t be asked enough.

“Carney was also asked about Cheney’s accusation that Obama was off playing golf when he should have been focusing his attention on addressing the Islamic insurgency in Iraq.”

Oh Yea? Now watch this drive…

Rewrite!

“It’s pretty clear that President Obama and our team here have a distinctly less paranoid crazy view on the Middle East than the team that lied to the country as a premise to invade Iraq back in 2003, so we can’t understand why the WSJ would be willing to publish his crackpot views, but he’s certainly entitled to them. In fact, it’d be better for everyone if he just kept those views instead of indiscriminately sharing them.”

Dick Cheney’s heart goes out to the oil wells in danger in Iraq. Dick Cheney’s Halliburton might be about to lose a few bucks since there is no taxpayer-funded American military force there to defend their continuing profits.

We all knew that the WSJ was going to go off the right side of the road; but hoped it wouldn’t end up in the ditch. Ah, well, what could you hope for from an organization that brought us FOX noise?

“Being on the wrong side of Dick Cheney is to be on the right side of history.”

That’s GOLD!

Dick Cheney lecturing Obama on making decisions in the Middle East that harm “so many” people is like Anthony Weiner lecturing Obama on how to treat his wife.

Perhaps, Spiro Agnew can be brought back from the dead to offer up a scathing review of Obama’s ethics. Or maybe Jefferson Davis should give the president a piece of his mind on Obama playing golf when slavery still exists in this world.

and, if we were to go back, who would pay for it? we are in this financial mess because of the historic tax cuts during war time that bush pushed for. nobody on the right seems to want any tax increases of any kind at the moment. there needs to be a national conversation about financing any miliitary involvement.

Dig isn’t enough. Only a stake to the heart … wait a minute…Cheney is and always has been heartless.

What’s the beef? I mean, he could have said the president didn’t take any advice from Cheney on how to handle a shotgun, either.

That’s Dick Cheney’s artificial heart. Even his aorta is phony.

Why would any reputable news outlet allow Dick and Liz to even read their paper, much less write an opinion.

They wouldn’t. It was the Wall Street Journal.

OTOH-- Cheney is shooting pen-raised quail and sez:

***“Hold my beer and face me…***”

I wish Dick Cheney could step out of his bubble for five minutes and understand how the real world sees him,
as the worst, most disastrously failed, and dangerous figure in the history of American Politics.

How can anybody, even a conservative, take Dick Cheney being critical of somebody else’s policy on Iraq the least bit seriously? How is this thing he’s written even part of a reality where it isn’t a parody or an awkward joke? The man literally wrote the book on how to epicly f__k up U.S. foreign policy on Iraq, and then footnoted it with extra tips and things you can try at home, and then made a children’s coloring book version of it.

I…just…[brain broke: please check back at a later date]

Cheney has officially joined the league of “nattering nabobs of negativism.” Spiro has spoken ( with an assist from Roget no doubt). Cheney remains an idiot.
