North Korea no doubt also has a culture minister to maintain national purity. In the USA the GOP racist religious fear complex maintains the same monoculture weakness.

The enforcement of apartheid manifests itself in many ways. Censorship is just one such method.The mewling excuses of those seeking to perpetuate the system which denies basic human rights to millions of people are grotesque.
Probably too much projecting from the US, but itās OK to have a book on the list with a male of the dominant āraceā engaging a female of a minority āraceā, but when the roles are reversed and one of them thar minorities start stealing āourā women, the horns come out. Gotta be careful about playing the miscegenation game, love needs strict boundaries.
