Discussion: ISIL Is Frying People's Brains: How We Got To Obama Doesn't 'Love America'

The first four points of this article read like rape apologists’ excuses: What was she wearing? Was she drinking? Maybe she was asking for it?

This started when Obama was a candidate and Republicans put every effort into making him look like The Other. They’ve been at it since then and have all been drinking the Kool-Aid.

Based on the two headlines for this piece it looks like TPM needs to implement a drug testing policy.

My comment on the article is that Hillary Clinton is probably saying ," Thank you, Mr. President" .

How are we supposed to have a rational discussion with a party that thinks this is a serious topic?

Here’s how GOP wins from the “Obama don’t luv Amurrka” debate:

They can continue to run against Obama in '16,
Less opportunity to call Hillary a -itch.
No pesky science or weighty political policy questions.

Keepin’ it real (middle school).

Actually it’s textbook fascism. Not communism at all.

Here is my problem–I somewhat enjoy being shocked and disgusted at things RWNJ’s say. It makes me feel righteous and smart to compare myself to the idiocies coming from “the other side”. But I do not want to wallow in explanations of their lies or a history of its internet trends.

So, thanks but no thanks, Catherine.

Let’s see:

  1. Flag lapel pin-gate.
  2. Birth certificate-gate.
  3. Fast and furious-gate.
  4. IRS-gate.
  5. Benghazi-gate.
  6. latte salute-gate.
  7. Doesn’t love America-gate.
What other dumb shit have these GOP assholes been obsessing over that I missed?

Those generals knew that it was more important in war to attack the enemy’s ability to fight than it was to kill it’s soldiers. Repigs are not smart.

When Scott Roeder walked into George Tiller’s church and put a bullet in the back of his head, did the Right Wing media correctly refer to Roeder as a “Christian terrorist?”

I’m thinking not.

Isn’t it interesting that the only “-gate” scandal that actually involved something with “gate” in the name belonged to a Republican president?

Yet another clue for cluesless Dems that the Derpublicans are never, ever, ever going to sign on to anything this President does, and are never, ever going to sign on to anything Dems do. Why not abandon the “love them over to our side” and start shutting them down in the marketplace of ideas? Every Dem elected official from Reid down to the township dogcatcher ought to be all over this in the media.

Tan suit-gate?

The NeoCons turned the US into a nation of gawd-fearin’ ignorant folks…

Given any topic the RW has Propaganda machines (Fox and pulpits) to ratchet up the fear and loathing on any given topic. Facts need not be used.

Five Points on How Rudi Giuilani’s Hate For the America Dream Became the GOP’s Next 2016 Failure

  1. Kidnap Jesus and ransom his social justice gospel
  2. Disrespect women
  3. Push minority stereotypes
  4. Sell Out the American Dream
  5. Attack education and science

Chris Matthews among others got this whole thing a long time ago. Obama is somehow not legitimate for any number of reasons - new ones all the time for six years - on some mysterious unnamed basis. He was on a panel of mainstream TV journalists a couple years ago and talked about this and the others all treated him like the crazy uncle at Thanksgiving dinner.

One way to look at it is that Republicans are authoritarians. The President is the Daddy of the country, and the daddy is the ultimate unassailable role model, judge, jury, and disiplinarian. That guy can’t appear to be black. Not possible. My daddy isn’t black, and all blacks are inferior and thus unqualified to be in the Daddy role anyway.
